Our delivery system

We use a courier service to make sure everything gets to you safe and sound. Your goodies are popped into a woollen sleeve with an ice block to keep them chilled and protected, so that they arrive in perfect condition. We don’t usually send out on Fridays because our meat and fish need to arrive fresh and delicious, but for a £19 fee, we can arrange for special Saturday delivery.

You can leave instructions for our lovely courier in case there’s no one home when he/she gets there.

Delivery is free for all orders over £100, otherwise the delivery cost depends upon the weight of your order. We can send our goodies to Europe – so you can have kippers in Courchevel or duck breast by the Danube. There is a drawback – it’s a bit more expensive then sending them to Bognor Regis – so please ring us for a quote.

Smoking Club

If you subscribe to our Smoking Club to receive a monthly delivery, we’ll send you a reminder email before we send any more goodies out, so you can come here and edit your order each time. The bigger the box, the better the value, as the size of your discount depends on the total price of your basket. Though we can’t imagine why you’d ever want to, our cancellation policy is simple, just give Mark a call on 01308 456 306. Please note that you’re signing up to a minimum of three months and we cannot accept cancellations unless your reasons for cancelling are within our standard terms and conditions. Sending pressies
